I got the chance to visit New York City before everything shut down for COVID and I am very grateful for that opportunity. Pictured below is me, standing in front of someone's town home in Tudor City, just blocks away from my best friend's apartment. I enjoyed the city life, walking everywhere and bumping into one of my fashion icons and THE it-girl Alexa Chung.

In mid October of 2019, the weather had been absolutely perfect and I found I could dress as if I had never left California. I chose a black ribbed, cropped and fitted mock neck-turtle neck long sleeve, with high waisted light cream colored loose fitting corduroy pants with and inch thick black belt with a silver buckle. I also paired this with all black, classic fit Dr. Marten boots, wrapping the laces around my ankles twice for a more rugged look, and paired this look with my mini square, light blue, mixed texture leather over the shoulder baby blue purse, with gold hard ware. Lastly, I added my new vintage shop find, right there in New York (Brooklyn) sunnies with a square/cat eye frame.
